Glaciq

Compliance overview

Record keeping for regulated refrigeration work.

Glaciq supports F-Gas compliance workflows by capturing the regulated record inside the field service job: refrigerant movements, leak checks, engineer competence, recoveries, certificates and audit evidence.

Record types

The operational record is the compliance record.

This page keeps the product thesis close to the records contractors need for customer reviews, inspections and internal follow-up.

  1. R-01

    Refrigerant movements

Gas added, recovered, transferred and returned, linked to the cylinder, asset, engineer and job.

  2. R-02

    Leak checks

CO₂e-based scheduling, due dates, outcomes, repair follow-up and customer evidence.

  3. R-03

    Engineer identity and competence

Who did the work, what certification and calibration evidence applied, and when that evidence was captured.

  4. R-04

    Recoveries and evidence packs

Recovery records, customer-ready certificate packs, photos and a searchable audit history.

Jurisdictions

Built for Ireland, the UK, Northern Ireland and EU workflows.

UK guidance says records are required for certain equipment containing F-Gas equivalent to 5 tonnes or more of CO₂, and that records should cover items such as gas quantity and type, additions during maintenance, leak-check dates and recovery or disposal activity.

The EU F-Gas Regulation 2024/573 has applied since 11 March 2024 and covers fluorinated greenhouse gases and equipment containing or relying on those gases.
