About Glaciq
Built by people who’ve read the regulation.
Glaciq exists because the field service software the refrigeration and HVAC trades have been handed for the last fifteen years was built for plumbers and builders. Compliance was retrofitted as a reporting layer — a quarterly export, a CSV someone in the office hand-stitches together at audit time.
We’re building the opposite: a platform whose schema is compliance, and whose product surface — scheduling, dispatch, evidence — falls out of that schema as a consequence.

Principles
The four commitments behind every product decision.

Compliance is a property, not a report.
If the platform allows a non-compliant action, it’s a bug. The user runs the business; the system enforces the regulation.

Industry literacy is non-negotiable.
Every screen, every default, every error message reads as if it was written by someone who’s spent a day in a plant room. Because it was.
- P-03
AI is grounded, not generic.
Briefings draw on the customer’s own data and stay in their tenant. We don’t train shared models across customers. Asset history belongs to the contractor, full stop.
- P-04
Day-one usability beats integration completeness.
Wholesaler APIs and customer portals are nice-to-haves. The product works on day one without them. Integrations come when they make sense for the customer, not because the software demands them.
Where + when
Independent, in Ireland and the UK.
Glaciq is independently developed across Ireland and the UK, with regulatory rules maintained by specialists in F-Gas and HVAC compliance. The current focus is the IE / UK / NI / EU regulatory cluster, with multi-country expansion designed in from day one.
The product is pre-revenue as of May 2026. The outcomes presented across this site are design promises — figures the system is engineered to hit when deployed at a typical refrigeration contractor with 20 engineers.
