About Glaciq
Built by people who’ve read the regulation.
Glaciq exists because the field service software the refrigeration and HVAC trades have been handed for the last fifteen years was usually built for broader service work. Compliance was often added as a reporting layer — a quarterly export, a CSV, or a set of records assembled in the office at audit time.
We’re building Glaciq around the regulated record first, with scheduling, dispatch and evidence capture connected to the same source of truth.

Compliance is captured at source.
Regulated fields sit inside the job workflow, so the record is captured while the work is being done.

Industry literacy matters.
Every screen, default and message should feel familiar to people who work with refrigeration plant, service visits and regulated records.

AI briefings are grounded, not generic.
Asset-history briefings use AI to summarise the contractor’s own records: previous visits, faults, photos and gas movements.

Day-one usability beats integration completeness.
Wholesaler APIs and customer portals are nice-to-haves. The product works on day one without them. Integrations come when they make sense for the customer, not because the software demands them.
Where + when
Independent, in Ireland and the UK.
Glaciq is independently developed across Ireland and the UK, with regulatory rules maintained by specialists in F-Gas and HVAC compliance. The current focus is the IE / UK / NI / EU regulatory cluster, with multi-country expansion designed in from day one.
The product is pre-revenue as of May 2026. We are working with early partner contractors to validate refrigerant tracking, leak checks, engineer competence, certificates and audit evidence against real operating workflows.
